4.2 Attributes

1. IFC-layer

The IFC-layer offers a further option for structuring the data in various software. The assignment of the Name attribute is recommended.

2. IFC-Tag

The IFC-Tag (or label) identifier for the respective instance of a product is, for example, the serial number or the position number. In case of cadwork it is recommended to assign the Production list number.

3. Cadwork3dProperties

cadwork writes the PropertySet Cadwork3dProperties by default. All standard and user attributes used are exported to the IFC file in this PropertySet.

4. Export PropertySets

Here you can define which PropertySets you want to include in the IFC file to be exported and whether attributes mapped in user specifc PropertySets should be ignored for the PropertySet Cadwork3dProperties.
