4.2 Downloading installation packages
General
The content of this chapter is intended for IT professionals who want to go further in configuring and automating the installation of cadwork, whether by script or using different cadwork options. Regardless of the chosen options, it will be necessary to have downloaded the installers at least once.
All offline setups mentioned on this page are compiled weekly, namely on Sunday evening with the latest updates.
Different offline setup types
There are two variants of the offline setup:
- With catalogs, cadworkprofil and userprofil
- Without catalogs, cadworkprofil and userprofil

Download offline setups
With catalogs, cadworkprofil and userprofil
The languages of the catalog and userprofil files (template files) provided will vary depending on the cadwork branch you belong to. For a Cadwork-04 client, the available languages will be:
- French
- German
- Italian
- Dutch
For Cadwork North America clients, with client number 14.*****.*, the available languages will be either English or French.
The list of plugins provided will also vary depending on the client number and language.
To obtain a list of plugins provided for your client number, please contact technical support. You will find the contact details in cadwork start, support tab as described in this manual in the chapter cadwork Start → Support tab.

Without catalogs, cadworkprofil and userprofil
This zip file is lighter than the previous ones because it does not contain the catalogs potions. Here are the links:

Creating the Update folder
Once the zip file download is complete, it must be extracted. The content will look like this with some slight differences depending on the file you chose:
Offline setup once extracted with double click on the *.exe file
to create or complete the Update folder.
Once the offline setup is executed, the Update folder of your choice (here C:\Users\Public\Documents\cadwork\update) will have been completed with the latest installers. You will then be able to start the installation / update via cwsetup. The Lunch CWSetup option is checked by default.
It is possible to start the installation or update of cadwork
using the Lunch CWSetup option.
